Advantage Physiotherapy in Fredericton, NB is inviting applications for the position of Medical receptionist. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Morning, Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
• The candidate must obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
• The candidate must schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
• The candidate must receive and issue payments.
• The candidate must answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately.
• The candidate must calculate billing charges.
• The candidate must perform basic bookkeeping tasks.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must have strong time management skills.
• The candidate must have the ability to work independently.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate should be willing to work for long hours in sitting positions.
