Rainbow Medical Centre ( Calgary, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Medical clinic assistant. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Morning, Day, Shift, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must assist health care professionals as needed.
• The candidate must set up and dismantle equipment.
• The candidate must clean and maintain equipment.
• The candidate must prepare and maintain equipment and supplies.
• The candidate must record vital signs.
• The candidate must maintain supplies.
• The candidate must maintain an inventory of equipment.
• The candidate must record and process patient data.
• The candidate must ensure infection control.
• The candidate must follow emergency and safety procedures.
• The candidate must position patients.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in the office of a health care professional to support patient care, manage records, assist with procedures, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• The candidate must work in a medical clinic.
