Manufacturing technologist

Nord Quantique ( Bromont, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Manufacturing technologist. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop and conduct production, inventory, and quality assurance programs.
• The candidate must inspect processes to ensure quality and compliance.
• The candidate must oversee production activities.
• The candidate must conduct work measurement or other studies.
• The candidate must collect and compile operational or experimental data.
• The candidate must collect and analyze data and samples.
• The candidate must develop manufacturing and processing procedures.
• The candidate must assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports.
• The candidate must oversee project management activities to ensure objectives are met.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must uphold values and ethics.
• The candidate must be a quick learner.

Work Setting

• The candidate should be willing to relocate and be ready to move to a new city/different city for a job.
• The candidate should work in the industrial area with facilities such as factories, plants, processing operations, and similar operations.
