Lubrication technician - automotive service and repair

Great Canadian Oil Change 1209 (Thunder Bay) ( Thunder Bay, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Lubrication technician - automotive service and repair. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Day, Evening shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids.
• The candidate must assist mechanics and perform other duties as directed.
• The candidate must change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks, or heavy equipment.
• The candidate must repair and balance tires.
• The candidate must replace oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.
