Logistics supervisor

Stryke Logistics Inc. in Woodbridge, ON is seeking a self-motivated Logistics supervisor. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position.

Job Description

• The candidate must organize tasks to accomplish the work.
• The candidate must oversee operational logistics of the organization.
• The candidate must plan and organize operational logistics of the organization.
• The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• The candidate must ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
• The candidate must arrange for maintenance and repair work.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must train workers in duties and policies.
• The candidate must arrange training for staff.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must coordinate, assign, and review work activities.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
