Squamish Samurai Sushi in Squamish, BC is inviting applications for the position of Line cook. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. The schedule involves Day, Evening, Night, Shift, Flexible hours, Overtime available shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
• The candidate must supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
• The candidate must maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in restaurants that are generally fast-paced and require the utmost efficiency.
