EDGEMONT GARDENING & LANDSCAPING LTD. in Burnaby, BC is seeking a self-motivated Landscaper. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Flexible availability required for: Day, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must read blueprints or other instructions to determine work requirements.
• The candidate must prepare conceptual designs.
• The candidate must prepare proposals.
• The candidate must prepare presentation graphics and drawings.
• The candidate must survey and assess designated sites.
• The candidate must water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
• The candidate must apply lawn care products such as fertilizers and pesticides.
• The candidate must assess the health of lawns.
• The candidate must plan and coordinate the growth and use of plants for landscaping, ornamental, and other purposes.
• The candidate must plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens.
• The candidate must plant and move trees.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must work in an environment with a high concentration of odours.
