Job Description
- The candidate must confer with clients to identify requirements.
- The candidate must document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
- The candidate must prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
- The candidate must design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions.
- The candidate must provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
- The candidate must assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
- The candidate must develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the impact of security breaches.
- The candidate must develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.

- The candidate must resolve conflict situations.
