Soleterra d'Italia Ltd is situated in Acme, AB and is hiring a Human resources officer to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Work schedule: Morning, Day, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must identify current and prospective staffing requirements.
• The candidate must prepare and post notices and advertisements.
• The candidate must collect and screen applicants.
• The candidate must advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
• The candidate must notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
• The candidate must advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
• The candidate must organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
• The candidate must determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training.
• The candidate must recruit and hire staff.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must resolve conflict situations.
• The candidate must participate in staff meetings.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
