Un Monde International Ltd. ( Burlington, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Human resources manager. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Day shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure organizational goals are met.
• The candidate must review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations.
• The candidate must establish and implement operational policies and procedures.
• The candidate must plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.
• The candidate must manage training and development strategies.
• The candidate must advise senior management.
• The candidate must respond to employee questions and complaints.
• The candidate must oversee payroll administration.
• The candidate must recruit and hire staff.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
