Comfort Inn & Suites is situated in Fort Saskatchewan, AB and is hiring a Hotel managing supervisor to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. The schedule involves Day, Evening, Night, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must coordinate, assign, and review work activities.
• The candidate must hire, train, and supervise staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• The candidate must maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
• The candidate must requisition materials and supplies.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.

• The candidate must be able to work in a hotel, motel, or resort with additional sports and leisure facilities, set in a natural environment that attracts visitors beyond the accommodations.
