Les Artisans du paysage is situated in Québec, QC and is hiring a Horticulture workers supervisor to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Day, Weekend, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must hire, supervise, and schedule staff.
• The candidate must plan and estimate labour and materials.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
• The candidate must have 3 to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
