Denise - Private Household in Vancouver, BC is seeking a self-motivated Home support worker. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Morning, Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must assist clients in water (i.e., pool).
• The candidate must assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
• The candidate must assist in regular exercise, such as walking.
• The candidate must launder clothing and household linens.
• The candidate must perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• The candidate must provide companionship.
• The candidate must provide personal care.
• The candidate must prepare and serve nutritious meals.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent experience is acceptable.
• The candidate must be punctual.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
