Prithpal Singh Chagger in Mississauga, ON is seeking a self-motivated Home support worker. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Overtime required, Day, Evening, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
• The candidate must launder clothing and household linens.
• The candidate must mend clothing and linens.
• The candidate must perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• The candidate must provide companionship.
• The candidate must provide personal care.
• The candidate must shop for food and household supplies.
• The candidate must prepare and serve nutritious meals.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must be punctual.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
