Home support worker

Barza Family is situated in Hampstead, QC and is hiring a Home support worker to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Term or contractFull time. The schedule involves Overtime required, Morning, Day, Evening, Flexible hours shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must assist in regular exercise, such as walking.
• The candidate must launder clothing and household linens.
• The candidate must mend clothing and linens.
• The candidate must perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• The candidate must plan therapeutic diets and menus.
• The candidate must provide companionship.
• The candidate must shop for food and household supplies.
• The candidate must prepare and serve nutritious meals.
• The candidate must cook meals as required.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
