Les Artisans du paysage is situated in Québec, QC and is hiring a Landscaper lead hand to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Day, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must read blueprints or other instructions to determine work requirements.
• The candidate must survey and assess designated sites.
• The candidate must apply various treatments to trees, such as pruning, spraying, repairing damaged areas, and injecting treatment solutions.
• The candidate must plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens.
• The candidate must confer with clients to determine design needs.
• The candidate must coordinate and schedule activities effectively.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must motivate staff.
• The candidate must exercise to maintain physical ability and physical fitness.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must show initiative.
