Calgary Star Renovations Ltd. in Calgary, AB is inviting applications for the position of Home renovator. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must select and employ trade subcontractors and coordinate their activities.
• The candidate must perform various trade work during home construction or renovation.
• The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
• The candidate must collaborate with customers, architects, and engineers regarding plans and specifications.
• The candidate must develop and implement health and safety plans.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in new residential home building to construct, assemble, and finish homes according to building codes and safety standards.
• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
