Labourer - food and beverage processing

Ginger Beef Choice LTD ( Calgary, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Labourer - food and beverage processing. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Shift timings include: Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Overtime available, , 06:45 to 15:30.

Job Description

• The candidate must have food safety and handling skills.
• The candidate must transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials.
• The candidate must measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines.
• The candidate must feed and unload processing machines.
• The candidate must check products and packaging for basic quality defects.
• The candidate must clean machines and immediate work areas.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must work in hot conditions.
• The candidate must work in wet or damp conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a food and beverage plant to operate equipment, manage production, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
