Home child care provider

MELINA ( Richmond Hill, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Home child care provider. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Flexible hours shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must change diapers as required.
• The candidate must sterilize bottles and prepare formulas.
• The candidate must discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents.
• The candidate must instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
• The candidate must keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children.
• The candidate must maintain a safe and healthy environment within the home.
• The candidate must organize activities such as games and outings for children.
• The candidate must prepare and serve nutritious meals.
• The candidate must prepare infants and children for rest periods.
• The candidate must supervise and care for children.
• The candidate must be responsible for transporting children safely to and from school, as well as to scheduled appointments.
• The candidate must attend to the emotional well-being of children.
• The candidate must help children with homework.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
