Derek Robinson Private Household in Calgary, AB is seeking a self-motivated Home child care provider. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment - Part time. Flexible availability required for: Day, Evening.

Job Description

• The candidate must perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• The candidate must wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens.
• The candidate must instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
• The candidate must keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children.
• The candidate must maintain a safe and healthy environment within the home.
• The candidate must organize activities such as games and outings for children.
• The candidate must prepare and serve nutritious meals.
• The candidate must supervise and care for children.
• The candidate must attend to the emotional well-being of children.
• The candidate must cook meals as required.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
• Relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must have strong time management skills.
• The candidate must be honest.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work at the employer's home.
