VERTDURE in Joliette, QC is seeking a self-motivated Grounds maintenance labourer. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Seasonal employment or Full time opportunity. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must assist with landscape constructions.
• The candidate must apply fertilizers.
• The candidate must repair and maintain equipment.
• The candidate must water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
• The candidate must operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in various positions, including those that require sitting, standing, and walking, as well as those that involve physical activity.
• The candidate must be willing to walk for long periods of time.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in the landscape maintenance division, the art and vocation of keeping a landscape healthy, clean, safe, and attractive, typically in a garden, yard, park, institutional setting, or estate.
