Bazaar Superstore in St. John's, NL is seeking a self-motivated Grocery store butcher. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On call, Flexible hours, To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare special cuts of meat as ordered by customers.
• The candidate must cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat.
• The candidate must wrap and package prepared meats.
• The candidate must weigh meats for sale.
• The candidate must cut poultry into parts.
• The candidate must price meat products.
• The candidate must clean and prepare fish and shellfish.
• The candidate must cut fish into steaks and fillets.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
