Grocery store baker

Marché D.Boutin inc. in Dolbeau-Mistassini, QC is seeking a self-motivated Grocery store baker. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Shift timings include: Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare doughs, batters, icings, and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
• The candidate must bake mixed dough and batters.
• The candidate must ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
• The candidate must inspect kitchen and food service areas.
• The candidate must oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
• The candidate must store beverage and food products.
• The candidate must package products according to specifications.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a supermarket or bakery department to assist customers, manage inventory, and maintain product quality.
