Garderie Les Tournesols ( Québec, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Daycare director. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must resolve conflict situations.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must recruit and hire staff.
• The candidate must maintain accurate work records and logs.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• Equivalent experience is acceptable.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a daycare to provide care, supervision, and support for children, while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
