Greenhouse worker

Now hiring: Greenhouse worker at H&A Mastronardi Farms Ltd. in Kingsville, ON. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Terms of employment: Seasonal employment or Full time. The schedule involves Early morning, Day, Weekend, , 07:30 to 17:30 shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must cultivate and manage vertical farming systems.
• The candidate must cut horticultural crops.
• The candidate will be responsible for harvesting vegetables by hand.
• The candidate must manually remove all suckers and water sprouts.
• The candidate must clean work areas.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
• The candidate must be reliable.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must be able to work at heights.
• The candidate must work in hot conditions.
• The work environment is smoke-free.
