Greenhouse supervisor

Warring Orchards in Canyon, BC is seeking a self-motivated Greenhouse supervisor. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Morning, Day, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must hire, supervise, and schedule staff.
• The candidate must schedule events, programs, and activities.
• The candidate must schedule work.
• The candidate must plan and estimate labour and materials.
• The candidate must maintain accurate work records and logs.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must supervise nursery and greenhouse workers.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
