HRC Plastics Ltd ( Edmonton, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Foreman/woman, injection moulding - rubber and plastic manufacturing. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Work schedule: Night.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.
• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
• The candidate must recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
• The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must set up machines and equipment.
• The candidate must train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
