Madras Peppers is situated in Mississauga, ON and is hiring a Food services manager to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Overtime required, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Shift, Flexible hours shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must analyze budgets to increase and maintain restaurant profits.
• The candidate must develop budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen supplies, and cleaning supplies.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant budget.
• The candidate must monitor revenues to determine labour costs.
• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must determine the types of services to be offered and implement appropriate operational procedures.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• The candidate must negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must recruit and hire staff.
