Restauration Nordique inc. in Sept-Îles, QC is inviting applications for the position of Food services manager. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen supplies, and cleaning supplies.
• The candidate must modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant budget.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
• The candidate must enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
