Food assembly supervisor

Valentine Mont-tremblant ( Mont-Tremblant, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Food assembly supervisor. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must prepare budgets and cost estimates.
• The candidate must prepare food order summaries for chefs.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
