Streef Produce Ltd. is situated in Princeton, ON and is hiring a Field and vegetable crop labourer to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must divide fresh harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable lots.
• The candidate must grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, colour, and volume to fetch a high price in the market.
• The candidate will be responsible for harvesting vegetables by hand.
• The candidate must pack fruits and vegetables.
• The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• The candidate must perform seed cutting.
• The candidate must perform weeding.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must examine product for quality and market readiness.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
