Sign Production is situated in Mississauga, ON and is hiring a Customer support specialist to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment - Part time position. Flexible availability required for: Flexible hours, To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop communication strategies.
• The candidate must evaluate communication strategies and programs for effectiveness.
• The candidate must implement communication strategies and programs.
• The candidate must answer inquiries and provide information to customers.
• The candidate must explain the type and cost of services offered.
• The candidate must maintain records and statistics.
• The candidate must explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients.
• The candidate must maintain and manage digital databases.
• The candidate must answer clients' inquiries and provide information.
• The candidate must consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
• A candidate with experience is an asset.
• The candidate must be punctual.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
