ROOT CELLAR FARM LTD. ( Aldergrove, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Farm worker, mushrooms. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must perform greenhouse cleaning.
• The candidate will be responsible for harvesting vegetables by hand.
• The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• The candidate must clean work areas.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, farm produce, livestock, and poultry.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• The candidate must examine product for quality and market readiness.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 9 kg (20 lbs).

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work in confined spaces.
• The candidate must work in cold or refrigerated conditions.
