Job Description

The candidate must maintain financial and production records.
The candidate must co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
The candidate must ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are strictly followed.
The candidate must maintain quality control and production records.
The candidate must supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
The candidate must hire and train staff.
The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
The candidate must establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
