Highline Mushrooms West Limted is situated in 3392 - 224th StreetLangley, BC and is hiring a Farm supervisor to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Morning, Day, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
• The candidate must maintain accurate work records and logs.
• The candidate must have supervisory experience.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must work in an environment with a high concentration of odours.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
• The candidate must work from a remote location, performing their duties from a site other than the employer’s central office while maintaining productivity and communication.
• The candidate must work in agriculture to cultivate crops, manage soil and irrigation, and maintain productive and sustainable farming operations.
