Construction painters supervisor

Brown Eagle Painting Ltd ( Surrey, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Construction painters supervisor. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate must supervise workers and oversee projects.
• The candidate must coordinate and schedule activities effectively.
• The candidate must train or arrange for training of staff.
• The candidate must estimate costs and materials.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• The candidate must lead and instruct individuals.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must be able to work at heights.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in construction trades and crafts, including bricklaying, stonemasonry, carpentry, joinery, demolition, electrical work, painting and decorating, plumbing, scaffolding, steeple jacking, and wall and floor work.
