Facility operations manager

REZI PLUMBING & HEATING INC. in Woodbridge, ON is seeking a self-motivated Facility operations manager. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must identify customers’ needs.
• The candidate must promote sales to existing clients.
• The candidate must develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of products or services.
• The candidate must estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or services.
• The candidate must administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services.
• The candidate must consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
• The candidate must direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
• The candidate must hire and oversee the training and supervision of staff.
• The candidate must plan, organize, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
• The candidate must train customers’ staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
• The candidate must resolve product and service-related problems.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
