Job Description

The candidate must prepare engineering designs and drawings.
The candidate must read blueprints to determine work requirements.
The candidate must supervise drafting personnel.
The candidate must train new drafting personnel.
The candidate must develop and prepare design sketches.
The candidate must prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates.
The candidate must complete documentation packages and drawing sets.
The candidate must examine drawings for conformity and errors.
The candidate must consult with clients, engineers, or production specialists to establish product requirements.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
