Door-to-door sales supervisor

TNI The Network Inc is situated in Burnaby, BC and is hiring a Door-to-door sales supervisor to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Required shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
• The candidate must hire and train staff or arrange for their training as required.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must sell merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must supervise office and volunteer staff.
