Speedlogistics Truck line is situated in Whitecourt, AB and is hiring a Office manager to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must implement new administrative procedures.
• The candidate must review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
• The candidate must delegate work to office support staff.
• The candidate must establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines.
• The candidate must carry out administrative activities of the establishment.
• The candidate must administer policies and procedures related to the release of records under government access to information and privacy legislation.
• The candidate must coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
• The candidate must assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
• The candidate must assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
