Kenan Courier and Logistics in North Bay, ON is inviting applications for the position of Customer service representative supervisor. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must authorize routine deposits and withdrawals.
• The candidate must establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• The candidate must examine and verify the accuracy of work.
• The candidate must identify workers’ training needs.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must perform the same duties as workers supervised.
• The candidate must recruit and hire staff.
• The candidate must coordinate, assign, and review work activities.
• The candidate must maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
• The candidate must requisition materials and supplies.
