Customer service cashier

Verti Store Inc. in Terrebonne, QC is inviting applications for the position of Customer service cashier. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment - Part time. The schedule involves Day, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must operate the cash register accurately.
• The candidate must process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments.
• The candidate must tabulate total payment for goods or services required.
• The candidate must receive payment for goods or services.
• The candidate must calculate daily/shift payments received and reconcile with total sales.
• The candidate must perform suggestive selling.
• The candidate must stock shelves and clean counter areas.
• The candidate must greet customers.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be bilingual.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be dependable.
