ServiceOntario Centre (Privately Operated) is situated in Woodbridge, ON and is hiring a Customer service agent to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Work schedule: Day, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must answer inquiries and provide information to customers.
• The candidate must obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries, and complaints in the delivery of meaningful services.
• The candidate must perform general office duties.
• The candidate must receive payments.
• The candidate must answer clients' inquiries and provide information.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be punctual.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Setting
