Pressed 4 Time Print Copy Design & Signs in Charlottetown, PE is seeking a self-motivated Customer service agent. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Flexible availability required for: Day, , 08:30 to 16:30.

Job Description

• The candidate must act as spokesperson for an organization.
• The candidate must advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies.
• The candidate must answer written and oral inquiries.
• The candidate must assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must answer inquiries and provide information to customers.
• The candidate must arrange for billing for services.
• The candidate must arrange for refunds and credits.
• The candidate must explain the type and cost of services offered.
• The candidate must issue receipts and other forms.
• The candidate must perform general office duties.
• The candidate must receive payments.
• The candidate must sell merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must answer clients' inquiries and provide information.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The candidate must be punctual.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Setting
