World Wide Furniture Limited in Dartmouth, NS is inviting applications for the position of Clerk, customer service. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Permanent employment - Part time employment. Shift timings include: Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must answer inquiries and provide information to customers.
• The candidate must arrange for billing for services.
• The candidate must arrange for refunds and credits.
• The candidate must issue receipts and other forms.
• The candidate must maintain records and statistics.
• The candidate must obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries, and complaints in the delivery of meaningful services.
• The candidate must order office supplies and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must perform general office duties.
• The candidate must receive and log complaints.
• The candidate must receive credit and employment applications.
• The candidate must receive payments.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be punctual.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
