Customer service clerk

Service Ontario Centre in Woodstock, ON is seeking a self-motivated Customer service clerk. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment - Part time position. Required shifts: Day, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must answer inquiries and provide information to customers.
• The candidate must explain the type and cost of services offered.
• The candidate must issue receipts and other forms.
• The candidate must obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries, and complaints in the delivery of meaningful services.
• The candidate must perform general office duties.
• The candidate must receive payments.
• The candidate must answer clients' inquiries and provide information.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.
