Job Description

The candidate must determine appropriate food portion sizes and associated costs.
The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
The candidate must train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
Equivalent professional experience accepted.
