Job Description
- The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
- The candidate must prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
- The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
- The candidate must train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- The candidate must supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
- The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.
- The candidate must have food safety and handling skills.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
- The candidate should have an eye for detail.
- The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
