Job Description

  • The candidate must perform other duties related to personal care.
  • The candidate must bathe, dress, and groom patients.
  • The candidate must prepare meals.
  • The candidate must perform housekeeping activities.

  • The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
  • The candidate should be client-focused.

Work Setting

  • The candidate must work in a home care or visiting care agency to provide support, assistance, and health services to clients in their residences.
  • The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
  • The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
  • The candidate must be able to work in the employer’s or client’s home, be capable of working at varied site locations, and understand that performance progression is reviewed annually.
