Construction Techroc Inc. in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC is seeking a self-motivated Construction trades helper. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• The candidate must erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
• The candidate must perform routine maintenance work.
• The candidate must remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
• The candidate must tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
• The candidate should be required to handle heavy loads as part of routine work.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The candidate must work in hot conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in mines and quarries, performing tasks related to extraction, processing, and site safety operations.
• The candidate must work on a construction site.
